Yes, I would want to say that there have been several instances where I have needed them in an emergency, and they have always gone above and beyond what I have needed and made sure that I have the proper medication's and prescriptions to make me better. The accessibility to the online Appointment is so wonderful. I called at 8:30 PM last night because I was out of my asthma inhaler. I was there by 8:45 and they took me in for the appointment. Being able to sleep at night knowing I had an inhaler is so wonderful thank you for your wonderful service as always.
This place is great for quick/urgent visits. I had gone across the street to CVS Minute Clinic in Target and they had no availability, so I came here. They took me right away and ran necessary tests and the doctor came in to see me immediately. The staff was friendly. They accept most insurances it sounds like, and with my insurance I had no copay! Masks are required so if you don't have one, grab one by the check in kiosk.
I use this clinic often because it’s close and I’ve had a good experience. The doctor on staff most recently was wonderful. I've seen her before and I like her. The reason we came to the clinic is because my pediatrician was too full. My child had an illness recently and I was worried that she was still sick from that. So I brought her in and found out she had a different illness which she did not have 2 weeks prior. I am grateful to the doctor and staff who helped us find this and give my child the appropriate medication. She is feeling much better now.
The staff was kind and friendly. The registration process was very efficient. I would definitely go back if needed. I will say that due to the windows being heavily tinted, it looked like it was closed- but it wasn’t, thankfully.
You guys were incredible and there wasn't a long wait time. you made me feel at ease and calmed my worries when I was scared. i'd like to thank Jennifer Ozoude, NP. She was incredibly sweet. as was the rest of the staff and I would recommend this place Again. Which this Clinic was recommended to me.
Care is good and doctor is knowledgeable.
I waited 40 minutes to be seen with no one else present. Another person walked in after me and was seen in 5 minutes. I asked the front desk worker what had happened, she went in the back to fix it, and I was taken back to be seen quickly.
My prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy. They didn't send them.
The provider and his assistant was attentive. They took time to assess and treat me. I felt like they cared. I truly appreciate all they did even more than my own primary care doctor.
I love Express Care . I bin there after work last night. And it was quick and very nice place. The staff was great. The Dr was very helpful. She listened ! Where do you get someone that listens to your issues? And was right on the problem. To the staff and Dr to my experience there. I love you guys and you all did an amazing job. Keep the good work up. I noticed. And someone else will to. ❤️
